La intervención estatal post 2001 a través del Plan Jefas y Jefes de Hogar Desocupados: ¿Diferentes modos de habitar en Estado?

The crisis of 2001 places the Argentine State in a complex place due to the set of demands that cross it. Guilty of the crisis, interpellated by the fact that everyone leaves, the State sets in motion a series of social policies unprecedented until then. The present investigation aims to address one of these policies, at the time of its conception and implementation: the Unemployed Heads of Household Plan (PJJHD). A look that gives rise to the possibility of understanding the State as an agency that must be constituted effectively, can allow us to find answers to a series of questions that we consider of interest to address: how was the PJJHD conceived and constituted effectively in the context of the crisis of 2001? The search for answers to these led us to focus attention on the voice of state officials: it is through it that we seek to understand something more about the operation of the state agency.
