The general objectives pursued by this research were the following: to describe and analyze habitat management practices in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Buenos Aires and to investigate the inherent relationships in the implementation processes of habitat programs. In this sense, our work aims to analyze the social and political relations in the conformation and operation of work and housing cooperatives within the framework of the management of the PFEH, in a Greater Buenos Aires party in the period 2005-2009.
